About this place
Head down the stairs into the basement of a building near Shintomicho Station, and you will find Cafe & BAR Infinity Shintomicho, a low-key, hideaway-style spot. During the day, it operates as a calm cafe where you can unwind over a cup of the day's coffee, hand drip coffee, or a cafe latte. With Wi-Fi available, it makes a convenient retreat whether you need to tackle some light work or simply pause before starting your day.
A Diverse Whisky Lineup for an Unhurried Bar Hour
Come nightfall, the space transitions into a bar, its back shelves lined with an enticing range of spirits. The whisky collection covers all bases: everyday staples like Kakubin and Maker's Mark, prized Japanese bottlings such as Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Hibiki, and characterful single malts including Bowmore 12-year-old and Laphroaig 10-year-old. Limited releases like Miyagikyo and Yoichi Aromatic Yeast also make an appearance, ensuring you will not run short of choices when you want to settle in with a fine glass. If you prefer beer, Heineken, Corona, and Guinness are on hand, alongside cocktails mixed to your personal taste.
On weekday evenings from 19:00 to 21:00, the bar runs a happy hour, complemented by all-you-can-drink plans and karaoke. Seating options include both tables and counter stools, striking a comfortable balance whether you want a quiet solo drink at your own pace or a late-night conversation with friends.
